If you are planning to reserve this place for a night function, the lighting in the outer and the inner area is very poor. Plan a night visit before booking this place during an on-going function so that you can see all things. The pics of this place uploaded on the Internet are mostly shot during the day time. Also the snacks are not so tasty as compare to other places. Taste as well before booking. Rest all ok.

I opted for this club for my intimate enagement function. What really disappointed me was the promises made by Sandeep Kapoor in the areas of decoration where the person charged way out . The decor was not done at all.. they used the old setup of flowers and told us that these are the fresh flowers. What was chosen by us was not even close to what was given. They used old dried flower setup which the person might have gathered from the earlier functions which were happening parrellely in the club. Though the food was good but it was a complete bluff what they did in terms of the decor.

I went there thrice for booking of my one of the wedding events and every time i was given different estimates for same menu, decor and location. I dealt with Mr Sandeep kapur and he has not been professional in his conduct. It was disheartening to see the way he changed his words every time i went to make things finalise. Also his behaviour was also quite unprofessional

I dealt with Mr Sandeep Kapoor and booked the lawn for an event , the service in terms of food and lighting was pathetic. I have been working with this club since years and this is the first time I have experienced such service. I think it's the high time for owners to get involved and make it the way it was before atleast for the people like us who always organise events to bring Palam vihar and nearby area together

I have never been disappointed with food (veg & n-veg) & beverage in the last 15 yrs here. Same goes with my family & friend's. Just last week had Chilly cheese toast, Paneer Chilly, Mutton seekh, Mutton Korma & Chicken Pan Fried Noodles & they were yum! Mutton will just melt in your mouth.

Ambience is good, service was OK, nothing great to right about the bar menu, as it was limited, but food deserves 4 stars, albeit ordered vegetarian only. One star deducted 'cause garlic nan was not garlicy enough & butter roti was little too hard and dry.

WORST !! WORST !! WORST !! FAALTUUUU The service of the hotel was worst BEHAVIOUR OF MANAGER was rude and non coperative WORST SERVICE EVER *1*- I booked the hotel for pool only and they denied to permit me into pool due to certain time limits in day time also!!!!!! (Time was 6-9 ) on morning after that not allowed!!!!! *2*- I was been charged ₹ 2000 for breakfast even if my breakfast was included in the booking (They told we are charging because you are asking for brkfast at 10:08 am out last time to serve was 10:00 am) *3*- Hotel had power cut for 2 hours and generator is not started because manager told there was no kne to start the generator *4*- Foor qulity was not so good but charged 4200 for 2 days of brkfst for 4 peoples *5*- Non experience illitrate staffs and manager dont even know how to treat customers how to serve customers *If you want to spend some good time please dont go there this will only spoil your moood* I booked my room from make my trip(MMT) Dont do this mistake

I really had a great experience here. Enjoyed my every moment with my partner. Food was very good and a decent quantity. Rooms were adequate. Washroom was clean and resturant was nice. Two things they can improve is swimming pool and complimentary breakfast menu.
